Super Short:
Just complete the game once and save it. Then start your completed saved game. You will have a special drug that will let you have the Short ability as well as run while you Short. Your HP wont go down so fast, and if you want to stop it just take some Delometer. You will have Super Short again when your AP goes all the way up.
